ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE

• The deadline for submitting abstracts is April 24, 2026. Abstracts submitted after this date will not be considered.


EVALUATION OF THE PAPERS

• Abstracts will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee, with the names, surnames, and institutions of the researchers kept confidential. Acceptance, rejection, and requests for revisions from authors, if necessary, will be made based on the evaluation of the Scientific Committee.

• All correspondence regarding submitted submissions will be conducted with the author who uploaded the submission.

• Participants will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their submission.


GUIDELINES FOR PREPARING ABSTRACTS

• The language of the Congress is Turkish.

• The abstract should not exceed 500 words (excluding title, author's full name, institutional information, and keywords). Abstracts should be uploaded to the system in Turkish.

• Abstracts should be prepared in Times New Roman font, with 1.5 line spacing and 12-point font size.

• The abstract title should reflect the subject matter, be concise, and not contain abbreviations. The first letter of each word should be capitalized. Prepositions such as "and" should be written in lowercase in titles.

• Academic titles should not be used in author names. Names should be written with only the first letter capitalized.

• The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work (university name, faculty/department, city and country) must be clearly stated.

• The abstract should be understandable in terms of content and scope.

• When abbreviations are used in the abstract, they should be indicated in parentheses the first time they appear.

• Abstracts can be submitted as original research (observational, experimental, methodological research, meta-analysis and systematic review studies) and reviews.

• Original research abstracts should be structured to include the following sections: “Introduction and Aim, Method, Results, Conclusion”.

• Keywords should consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 words. Semicolons should be used to separate words, only the first letter of the first keyword should be capitalized, and they should be listed in alphabetical order.

PRINTING OF ANNOUNCEMENTS

• All papers accepted and presented as oral presentations at the congress. The author(s) are solely responsible for all aspects of the submitted papers (obtaining ethical approval for research articles, correct citation, adherence to grammatical rules, etc.).

• All participants are required to present oral and/or poster presentations. Presentations that are not presented will not be included in the "Full Text and Abstract Book".


PRESENTATION OF PAPERS


Oral Presentation

• Oral presentations may be given in Turkish or English.

• The presentation should be planned as 7 minutes for the presentation + 3 minutes (Q&A), for a total of 10 minutes.

• Participants who do not present in the hall, on the day and time specified in the congress program will be considered as not having attended the congress.

• Presentations cannot be submitted on behalf of someone else. The person presenting at the congress must be an author or co-author.
